Acceptance

Using this site means accepting these terms and thedisclaimer, which forms part of them. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the site. These terms may change; the version in force is the one published here.

What this site is

Unpriced is an independent research publication. It is not a broker, an adviser, a fund, a data service or a trading venue. There are no accounts, no login, no portfolio tracking and no paid tier. The only thing a reader can subscribe to is the email newsletter, and the only personal data that requires is an email address and a record of consent, as described in theprivacy notice.

The site may carry advertising in the outer margins of wide desktop screens. Advertising never appears inside an article, and never on the legal or transactional pages, including this one. Advertisers have no influence over what is researched or what is concluded; see thedisclaimer.

Permitted use

Research here may be read, quoted and cited freely for personal, educational, editorial and professional purposes, provided the quotation is attributed to Unpriced and links to the original article.

Republishing an article in full, or in substantial part, without permission is not permitted. Neither is presenting the research as anyone else's work, presenting it as personalised advice, or reproducing it in a way that removes the disclosure block, the observation date attached to a price, or the status of the thesis.

Systematic or automated extraction of the site, including scraping the archive to build a derivative dataset or to train a model, is not permitted without permission.

Intellectual property

The research, the writing, the analysis and the design of this site are the work of their author and remain their property. Company names, tickers and quoted source material belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and comment.

The research archive

Published research remains available permanently, at the same address, including theses that proved unsuccessful. Research is never silently rewritten. Where material facts change, a dated update is added and the original analysis remains readable as it was published. Research URLs are treated as permanent and are not renamed.

Permanence is a commitment about intent, not a guarantee of availability. The site may be unavailable at times, and no undertaking is given that it will remain online indefinitely.

Accuracy and reliance

The research is published in good faith and may still contain errors. It is general in nature, it is not personalised advice, and readers are responsible for their own decisions. Thedisclaimer sets this out in full and applies to everything on this site.

Limitation of liability

To be drafted by a qualified lawyer, on advice, and not from a template. The scope of any limitation, the consumer protections that cannot be excluded under Spanish and EU law, and the wording that survives them, are open questions recorded in LEGAL_REVIEW.md. Nothing is asserted here in the meantime.

Governing law and forum

To be drafted on advice. Unpriced is published from Spain and read internationally, and the interaction between a governing law clause and the consumer rules of a reader's own country is precisely the kind of question that should not be answered from a template. SeeLEGAL_REVIEW.md.
